🍲 Comforting Meals: A Recipe for the Soul

This month’s recipe: Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon & Parmesan Mashed Potatoes 🧄🥔

Soft living means slowing down to savor the good things—and this cozy, creamy salmon dish is a warm hug on a plate.

🥄 Ingredients:

For the salmon:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt & black pepper

For the mashed potatoes:

  • 2 large russet potatoes

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash with butter, cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper.

  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  3. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear on both sides.
